1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the jiliday website located at jiliday.club, including all games, services, promotions, and features made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

3.1 To access the full range of jiliday services, you must create a registered account. You may only hold one active account on jiliday at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.

3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.3 jiliday operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, jiliday will require you to submit valid government-issued identification and proof of address. Acceptable documents include:

• Philippine passport
• SSS, GSIS, or PhilHealth ID
• Driver's license issued by the LTO
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Voter's ID or any other PAGCOR-accepted government-issued ID

3.4 jiliday reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.5 You must not register or use a jiliday account on behalf of any third party. All gameplay, deposits, and withdrawals must be conducted by the registered account holder personally.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jiliday login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.

4.2 You agree to notify jiliday immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jiliday will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5.3 Deposits are credited to your jiliday account balance upon confirmation of receipt of cleared funds. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank.

5.4 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jiliday reserves the right to return funds and suspend accounts where third-party payment sources are detected.

5.5 jiliday reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any account at any time, including for responsible gaming purposes or as required by applicable regulations.

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified jiliday account. jiliday does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.2 Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the KYC verification process as described in Section 3. jiliday may request additional documentation for subsequent withdrawals at its discretion.

6.3 Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically processed within the same business day, subject to verification.
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): Typically processed within one to three business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

6.4 jiliday reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing security review, fraud investigation, or regulatory compliance check.

6.5 Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited. Only real-money balances that have satisfied all applicable conditions are eligible for withdrawal.

7.1 jiliday offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods.

7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

7.4 jiliday reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse or has violated these Terms.

8.1 All games available on jiliday — including slots, live dealer table games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game rules, which are made available within each game interface or on the relevant game information page.

13.3 jiliday's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliday account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiliday's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jiliday's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15.3 jiliday operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

16.1 jiliday reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jiliday will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification.

16.2 The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the jiliday platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
